Former farmhouse. Early-mid C19. Red brick in Flemish bond,
slate roof and brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 2-storey,
3-window range. Central 6-panel door with overlight, moulded
wood surround with panelled reveals and straight hood on
shaped brackets. 16-pane sash windows to ground and 1st floors
with painted stone sills and flat-arched, gauged brick heads.
Plinth, blocked cellar window to left with segmental-arched
head, and stepped brick eaves. 1 storey and attic wing with
basement to right and projecting to rear, with hipped slate
roof and C20 dormer window. Single-storey extension to wing,
weather-boarded and with lean-to slate roof. Casement windows
to rear elevation and back door, all with segmental-arched
head.
