House, now shop and flat. Late C18 house; probably late C19
shop altered mid C20. Pebble-dash render with painted ashlar
dressings; roof of stone slates with stone gable coping and
rendered and brick chimneys. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Ground
floor has renewed shop front with central door in projecting
wide shop window, and set-back right shop window, under fascia
which breaks forward over centre. 3 cross-casement windows
above in painted stone surrounds. Roof of stone slates with
stone ridge has right gable coping to rendered and brick
chimney set high in slope, and stone plinths to brick end
chimneys, the right renewed. Right return gable rendered when
adjacent house demolished. INTERIOR: not inspected.
