Pair of town houses, now office. Early to mid C19, altered.
Red brick in Flemish bond with some sandstone dressings and
slate roof. Double-depth plan with back extension. Three
storeys, 4 windows (probably originally 2+2); round-headed
doorway to the right with set-in wooden pilastered doorcase
including dentilled cornice, plain fanlight; similar
round-headed opening to 2nd bay probably formerly a doorway
but now a window; otherwise, all windows have raised sills and
flat-arched heads of gauged brick, and C20 top-hung casements
imitating 4-pane sashes. Left return side similar. Included
for group value.
