Nos 1 and 2 Westerton Farm Cottages

Farmhouse, now two cottages, C17 or earlier, timber-frame largely
recased in rubble stone and chequered brick. Stone slate roof,
hipped to north, with ridge stack. C19 south end addition in
squared rubble stone with slate roof and south stack. Two storeys.
West front is rubble stone below, chequered brick above, with one
timber post exposed at north west angle. Two triple casements and
one large casement pair above. Large triple casement with concrete
lintel, large casement pair with timber lintel and door below.
North end wall is stone below and timber-framed above. Rear wall
has exposed timbers to part of left side, rubble stone below and
brick above to right. Roughcast south gable. C19 south addition
has double-fronted west front with casement pairs each side and
blocked centre door.
