partly enclosed by projecting single storey bow-fronted wings.
Rendered and irregular 2-storey rear range. Main front has moulded
cornice and parapet, largely obscured by verandah, slightly
projected centre, early C19 double doors to ground floor centre,
arch-headed French windows in reeded surround to first floor centre
and 12-pane sashes each side. Paterae flanking centre bay on first
floor with wheat-ear garlands. Verandah has 6 thin iron columns to
ground floor and 8 wooden trellis uprights above with iron
balconies between. Slate roof. Main cornice is continued on West
side wall. Flanking wings have three 12-pane sashes to bow fronts,
raised plinths, moulded sill-courses, panelled cornices and
parapets with moulded coping. C20 ashlar-fronted open garden room
added to East of East wing.
Interior: generally Regency style door and window detail to front
range, iron stair rail. Both wings have single room with shallow
