House. Mid C17. Coursed squared marlstone with limestone-ashlar dressings;
concrete plain-tile roof with brick stacks. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys plus
semi-basement. Regular 4-window front has the entrance in bay 2 below a
single-light window, but other bays have 2-light windows at first floor and
3-light windows below, all with splayed stone mullions, labels and leaded
glazing; right bay has a large cellar window, now mostly blocked. Right gable
wall has a parapet and contains a further 3-light mullioned window.
Steep-pitched roof has stacks to left end and between bays 3 and 4. Interior not
inspected but noted as having the stair adjoining the main stack.
