House and cottage, now a single dwelling. House dated 1786, cottage
slightly later. Hammer-dressed stone, coursed rubble to addition,
stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Quoins separate addition. 4 bays of
3-light flat-faced mullioned windows the mullions slightly recessed.
1st bay has altered window to form French window. Original doorway
set between 2nd and 3rd bay has monolithic jambs and triangular
chamfered hood the tympanum bearing date. Gable stacks and 2 others
to ridge.
