Offices of Poor Law Guardians, now museum. Dated 1900. By W.E. Mills of Banbury.
Ironstone ashlar. Stone slate roof. Stone stack to right end. Stone copings.
Plinth. Jacobean style. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Central entrance has panelled
door, rusticated stone surrounds and scrolled pediment with cartouche. Entrance
is flanked by 4-light stone-mullioned and transomed windows with square heads.
First floor has 3 similar windows with semi-circular ornamental gable above.
Parapet. Moulded bands. Interior: open well stair.
