House, C18 and late C19. Earlier building chalkstone with brick
dressings, patterned tile roof, 2-storey 3 bays, entrance to cross
passage within C20 lattice porch. 2- and 3-light diamond leaded
windows. Gable stacks. Addition of 2-bay cross wing, late C19
between first house and Marlborough Road, red and yellow brick and
timber framing in gable, tiled roof with crested ridges. 2-storey.
Plate glass sashes and tripartite sashes to side elevation over
road.
