Farmhouse and attached barn on The Slack

II

House and attached barn. Late C18-early C19, house raised. Rubble brought to
course, upper part of house coursed stone; stone slate roofs. Quoins. House: 2
storeys, 2 1st floor windows. Door on left fronted by gabled porch with plain
stone surround doorway. Flat-faced mullion windows, on ground floor of 3 and 4
(now 2) lights, 1st floor of 4 lights. Central corniced stack. Barn on left,
lower. Small central doorway with triangular canopy and square opening above.
Round-arched vents. Shaped kneeler and coping to left.
