Farmhouse, C17, rubble stone with stone-tiled roof, coped gables.
west end stack and 2 ridge stacks. Two storeys and attic, 4-window
range, mullion windows with hoodmoulds. From right, one-window
range of 2-light recessed cyma-moulded windows, centre 2-window
range of 3-light windows, original ovolo-moulded above, C18 bead-
moulded below and central ashlar gabled porch with shallow cambered
head to doorway, raised imposts and keystone and oak plank door
within in chamfered surround. Left end is apparently added with
one window range of plain chamfered 3-light windows. Leaded lights
to first floor windows and ground floor left. Right end wall has
2-light recessed cyma-moulded windows to attic and first floor,
ground floor door. Rear wing beyond has 3-light upper window, 2-
light without hoodmould and 6-pane window below. Coped north
gable. Rear of main range has 2 hipped dormers at original eaves,
long catslide roof with hipped 2-light recessed cyma-moulded eaves
dormer and similar window below. Tudor-arched and bolection-
moulded stone fireplaces within.
