Office building. c1890. Brick with ashlar dressings and slate
roof. Plinth, ground floor and first-floor sill bands,
modillion wooden eaves. 3 storeys; 5-window range. Central
canted wooden oriel window with hipped lead roof and plain
sashes, flanked by single plain sashes and beyond, similar
oriels. Above, 5 plain sashes. Below, 4 tripartite plain
sashes with moulded surrounds, and to right a panelled door
with moulded surround and overlight. Included for group value.
