House. Map evidence shows that the house was built after 1850, restored late C20. Red brick, with rendered rear
and left gable, stucco dressings and slate roof with two coped
gable stacks. Renewed wooden gutter and brackets. Two storeys;
3-window range of plain sashes with splayed keystone lintels.
Central wooden doorcase with Corinthian pilasters and console
brackets to projecting cornice. Panelled reveal with moulded
4-panel door and overlight. On either side, a plain sash with
keystone lintel. Rear has renewed fenestration, with
colour-glazed round-headed stair window and stucco doorcase
with entablature.
