2 houses, now offices. c1820, with mid C19 and late C20
alterations. Brick, with stucco ground floor and rendered
gable to left, and painted ashlar dressings. Roof not visible.
Single ridge and single gable stacks. Single coped gable,
wooden gutter and brackets. 2 storeys; 4-window range of plain
sashes. Above, 2 plain sashes to left and to right, two 9-pane
sashes, the left one altered. All these windows have painted
brick flat arches. Below, central round-arched entry flanked
to left by rusticated stucco ground floor with plinth and
first-floor sill band. To left, a moulded 6-panel door with
overlight, flanked to right by 2 plain sashes. All these
openings have rusticated lintels. To right, 2 plain sashes
with painted brick flat arches, then a wooden doorcase with
hood on scroll brackets. Moulded 6-panel door and overlight.
