(Formerly Listed as:

GV II

Rectory, now 2 dwellings. Circa 1800, possibly earlier.
Stucco, rendered plinth, tile-hung south-east front, painted
brick to north-west, painted unknapped flint to service wing
(St Michael's Cottage), tiled roof to main elevation behind
parapet, coped verges and tall rendered gable endstacks on
facade. Plan: parallel range with projecting bay to
north-west, sevice wing to rear. Two storeys, 2 bays; 9-light
sash windows with raised surrounds flanking central flat
roofed wooden pilasters porch with segmental-head opening,
half-glazed door. Right return: curved brick bay with one
window to each floor, first floor 16-pane sash window, ground
floor 20-pane sash window reaching to ground level.
Interior not seen. The slightly irregular placing of the
windows on the facade may indicate that an earlier building
has been refaced.
