Formerly known as: Pratt's Farm Wattlefield.
Farmhouse. Early C18. Brick with roof of black glazed
pantiles. 2 storeys in 3 bays, each bay defined by rusticated
quoins. Central half-glazed door set within panelled reveals
and under a flat hood. Fenestration of sashes with exposed
boxes and glazing bars. Gauged skewback arches. Timber eaves
cornice. Hipped roof with flat. 2 stacks, one on each return.
Rebuilt 2-bay rear portion.
