Former miller's house. C18 with late C19 additions. Ashlar;
slate roof; ashlar ridge stacks. 2 storeys and attic; 5-window
range: central late C19 plain sash and flanking tripartite
windows with plain sashes; plain sashes to C19 wings; coved
cornice to open pediment with lunette window; moulded eaves to
wings. Central entrance: late C19 part-glazed 6-panel door and
plain overlight under modillioned porch on square columns and
pilasters; flanked by bay windows with plain sashes under
modillioned cornices; glazed door and plain overlight under
semi-circular arch, to left wing. Right returned side: late
C19 brick; ashlar stack.
