Suburban house. Early C19, bay added late C19. Rubble front,
formerly stuccoed, with incised stucco end pilasters with key
pattern and anthemion; asbestos slate roof, hipped at the
front with projecting eaves; shared brick stack on the left,
rendered stack on the right. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys;
2-window range. Original 2-pane hornless sashes to 1st floor;
original panelled door with shaped panels and overlight on the
left and late C19 canted bay window, on the right, with
moulded cornice cast-iron cresting and horned sashes. INTERIOR
not inspected but likely to be of interest.
