House. c1750, with late C19 and C20 alterations. Brick with
pantile roof. C20 rendered plinth, first floor band, rebated
eaves, gutter on brackets, single rear wall stack. 2 storeys;
2 window range of 2-light glazing bar Yorkshire sashes. Below,
off-centre C20 door flanked by single similar sashes, all with
segmental heads. To right, round headed entry with C20 door.
Above it, a cast iron plate inscribed "Cottams' Yard".
