House, now shop. late C19, altered late C20. Brick with stone
dressings and slate roof. First floor band, moulded eaves, 2
gable stacks. 3 storeys; 4 window range. 2 elliptical arched
recesses with keystones, each containing 2 plain sashes.
Above, 2 pairs of plain sashes with stone mullions and
chamfered surrounds. Below, full-width brick shopfront, 1989,
with a 3-light window flanked to left by a recessed glazed
door and to right by a close boarded entry door. Included for
group value.
