Town house. Late C18. Granite ashlar with plinth, 1st-floor
sill string and keyed flat arches except for rusticated
round-arched doorway; asbestos slate roof behind parapet with
plain coping. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical
3-window front. C20 four-pane horned sashes; central doorway
with original 5-panel door and spoked fanlight. INTERIOR not
inspected except to note original moulded and carved ceiling
cornice to right-hand room and panelled window shutters to
front rooms.
