Town house at street corner. Mid C19. Stucco on rubble with
plinth, recessed architraves, ground-floor impost string to
round arches, 1st-floor sill string and moulded eaves cornice
to projecting eaves; scantle slate roof with hipped return on
the left; rendered stack towards left and shared C20 rebuilt
brick stack on right, plus brick stack at rear left. Irregular
corner-site plan with rear wing on left linked to left-hand
parallel rear return. 2 storeys; nearly symmetrical 3-window
front, towards right. Late C19 two-pane horned sashes; doorway
central to fenestration; 4-panel door approached by 3 granite
steps; spoked fanlight. Left-hand return is 2-window range
plus 1-window-range wing set back on the left, all with
similar details as front. INTERIOR not inspected.
