2 houses. C19 with early C20 fenestration. Flint cobble and
brick, thatched roof, red brick stack. Plan rectangular. 2
storeys. Front S elevation: central stack with thatch of No.29
(W) higher than that of No.31 (E). 2 simple boarded doors.
No.29 has simple wooden gabled porch. 3 ground floor windows,
3 slated ramped dormer windows, all early C20, of 2 casement
lights with glazing bars 4x2 panes (No.31 of 2 window range,
No.29 of 1 window range). W end elevation. Brick with wooden
boarded gable above painted to represent timber studs. Ground
floor single C19 segment headed window and early C20 casement
in house style. C19 2-light casement window to attic.
