House, now offices. Early C19. Flint with brick dressings and
red brick facade. Slate roof. Roof in 2 pitches as the left
portion rebuilt and raised with No.32 (qv). Irregular. Door
with 6 flush panels under overlight containing a glazed lamp
holder. One tripartite sash right and left, unhorned and with
2/2 and 6/6 glazing bars. Gauged skewback arch. To right of
elevation is a door with 6 flush panels and an overlight which
serve No.28 (qv). Three 6/6 first-floor sashes. Eaves cornice
with paired modillions. Gabled roofs with stack to left.
