House. Early C19. Random flint and brick. Rendered and
whitewashed facade. Pantile roof, black-glazed to front. 2
storeys in 3 bays. Late C19 glazed central door within plain
doorcase rising to a moulded pediment. One bowed sash window
right and left with 6/6 glazing bars. Three 2-light C20
casements to first floor. Dentil eaves cornice under gabled
roof. Internal gable-end stacks to right and left. Rear has
full width, 2-storey, outshut under catslide roof. One 6/6
sash but mainly C20 details. INTERIOR: boxed bridging beams.
C20 fireplaces. Stick baluster staircase with a ramped and
wreathed handrail is ingeniously fitted into a small stairwell
with bowed ends.
