2 houses, now one. c1730. Timber-framed on brick plinth with
weatherboarding under pantiled roof. One storey and dormer
attic. North front with 2 sashes with 6/6 glazing bars
immediately next to two 4-panelled doors. Moulded eaves
cornice under mansard roof. Of 2 sloping dormers, one is
missing and the remaining one is fitted with 2-light casement.
Central ridge stack with gault brick dressings. Rear with late
C20 breeze block extension. 2 dormers in roof. INTERIOR.
Stairs beside stack (No.30) and in east end wall (No.32).
Close studded frame. Roof of principals, collars and one tier
butt purlins.
