Workshops or warehouse, now offices. Late C19. White brick set
in Flemish bond, with detailing of stone and iron, roof of
Welsh slate. Five storeys, three-window range. Ground floor
now open for access to late C20 extensions to rear; one
pilaster to left with foliage capital, fascia and cornice
remain. First- and second-floor windows round-arched in
triplets, the inner arches carried on slim cast-iron columns
with foliage capitals; foliage imposts to outer arches, heads
of gauged brick, keystones; moulded sill band to third-floor
windows which are also triplets and have flat shouldered
arches, the central arches carried on similar cast-iron
columns. Moulded stone cornice; decoratively pedimented dormer
in mansard roof; end stack to south.
