Semi-detached houses. 1839-41. Yellow brick set in Flemish
bond with stucco dressings and roof of Welsh slate. Two
storeys over half-basement, two windows each. Outer entrance
bay slightly set back, and the division between the houses
marked by a narrow stuccoed recess. Basement stuccoed;
round-arched entrance with Roman Doric columns, cornice,
fanlight with decorative glazing and panelled door of original
design; ground-floor windows round-arched, first-floor
flat-arched, all with heads of gauged brick and sashes of
original design, the first- floor windows having a stucco sill
band; boxed eaves and hipped roof to inner bays, parapet to
outer; stack to party wall.
