13-bay block of shops and offices. Early C19. Gault brick with
rendered details. Plain tiled roof but No.102 replaced with
slate. 2 storeys and dormer attic 7-bay projecting centre with
rusticated quoins and a central round-arched doorway leading
to No.103A: double-leaf panelled doors with an iron grille
over. Rendered 3-bay window facade to left, C20 shopfront to
right. 7 sash windows to first floor within rendered
architraves, the centre window with a segmental pediment, the
others with moulded flat hoods. Scrolled modillion timber
cornice over centre bays, lost to right side. 3-bay recessed
wings have C20 shopfronts to ground and 2 sashes to first
floor, separated by a blind window. Gabled roof, hipped to
south end where there is one hipped dormer in east and south
roof slopes. Ridge stacks and stacks on rear roof slope. Three
C20 extensions to rear.
