GV II

Detached town house. Late C18 or early C19. Incised stucco on
rubble; bitumen-grouted rag slate half-hipped roof; rendered
end stacks with moulded cornices; cast-iron ogee gutter.
Double-depth plan. 2 storeys plus attic; regular 2-window
range with wide openings. Original tripartite hornless sash
with glazing bars to 1st floor right, other windows replaced
with C20 design windows just before survey. Central entrance
to left-hand end within C20 conservatory, original 12-pane
hornless sash to each floor above. INTERIOR: not inspected.
