C16 timber-framed building, probably a cross-wing addition to No 10 originally and
then part of the same building but, like No 10, restored and refaced with red brick
on ground floor and modern timbering above with plaster infilling. Horsham slab
roof, partly refaced with tiles. Modern casement windows. Two storeys. Three windows,
Queen-post roof inside.
