C18. 3 storey. Colour washed stucco with narrow angle rusticated pilasters
full height. Plain string under 1st floor cills, and moulded string carried
over pilasters and above 2nd floor windows. Plain parapet. 4 windows with
architrave frames (no glazing bars) to upper floors. On ground floor - early
to mid C19 shop front of 5 segmental arched bays with Doric angle pilasters
and entablature, glazed central door, and yard entrance at right hand. Double
door, 6 flush panels, moulded wooden architrave, 3 rustic voussoirs. Blind
window to left of through-passage. L-plan extensions of 2, 3 and 4 storeys
to rear, mostly timber frame with brick infill.
