GV II

House. Circa 1925-33. Buckland and Heywood. Red brick, Flemish bond, hanging
tiles to first floor central band. Hipped dark red plain tile roof. External
stacks to left and right, that to left with shaped stone offset brackets above eaves.
2 storeys, 3-window range, symmetrical facade with central doorway beneath small
open pedimented porch, supported on timber columns, pilaster strips to rear. Fan-
light with intersecting glazing bars. Door of 6 raised and fielded panels.
Immediately to left and right, a small vertically set oval light. Left and right
tripartite horned sash with glazing bars. First floor horned sashes, the outer
windows of 4 x 4 panes, the central window of 3 x 4 panes. Brick wall and garage
attached to right.
