Wall and entrance gates. Probably C18 and early C20. Coursed squared marlstone
with some ashlar dressings; Stonesfield-slate and plain-tile copings. C20
walling, forming north side of forecourt to Nether Worton House (q.v.) runs
between square piers with ball finials, and steps up in the centre over a
moulded 4-centred archway with hood mould containing traceried oak double gates.
Older section of walling, extending approx. 200m. to west, has a tiled coping
and is mostly approx. 3m. high.
