rendered lst floor with 1 sash window and mid C19 ground floor shop
front. No 47 has pantiled roof and weatherboarded 1st floor. Sash
window in moulded wood architrave with wrought iron guard. On ground
floor early Cl9 shop front with glazing bars complete. Rear abuts
on No 1 Collins Square (qv).

Nos 45 and 47 form a group with Nos 1 to 3 (consec) Collins Square.
