Late C17/early C18, much altered. Set back between Nos 39 and 45. 1st floor
rendered, with rustic quoins and quoined strips framing centre window. 5
narrow glazing bar sash windows in stone moulded bolection surrounds, and
with cornices. Flat bracketted eaves to early C19 roof of slate. Gable end
brick chimneys. Ground floor altered by modern shop premises extending to
pavement.
