Circa 1860-70. 3 storeys. Small ashlar front with rusticated angle piers.
Arcaded modillion cornice. Blocking course. 2 ranges of plate glass sash
windows to upper floors with architraves (sides reversed on 1st floor) and
segmental cornices on 1st floor, latter having segmental moulded heads to
sashes. Moulded stone string over altered shop front. Latter now early C20
with side pilasters to fascia and deep recess for central entrance. Concealed
roof, brick chimney to left with moulded stone capping. Included for group
value.
