Mid C19, classical building of gault brick with painted dressings. 3 storeys plus
slated mansard. 3 windows. Pilastered ground storey with entablaeture topped
by pair of pedestals and 2 acroteria. Arched, wooden framing to windows and doors
with decorated glass, and floor windows corniced or pedimented. End floor sill
band. Modelled entablature and parapet. Interior plain but little altered.
