Farmhouse. Rebuilt 1758. Cement-rendered, Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys and
attic, 2 windows to lst floor. Rusticated quoins. C20 part-glazed door to
right of centre in lightly-chamfered ashlar surround with plain lintel.
Flanking C20 casements with glazing bars, projecting stone sills.
1st floor: band beneath similar windows; open-pedimented plaque over door
inscribed 'This house was Rebuild in ye year 1758 by Mr Robt Belley & MARY'.
Shaped kneelers and gable copings; rendered end stacks. External steps rise
against left return and have nosed treads, coped side wall and half-landing.
Right return: window in position of chamfered quoined doorway.
