A pair with No 1 East Row. C18. Higher front than Nos 22 to 25. Tiled roof.
Small dentilled cornice below eaves. Red brick. 3 window bays. Sash windows
with flush boxes with glazing bars intact; upper windows in flat arches;
lower windows set in slightly segmental arches with brick voussoirs over.
(Modern windows). Door with 6 moulded and fielded panels; rectangular fan-
light over; door in reveals. Doorcase with impost moulding returning down
outer side of door frame; rectangular pediment with dentils over. Modern
projecting chimney at north end.
