House. Early C17, altered early C18. Uncoursed limestone rubble and squared
coursed stone. Ironstone quoins. C20 tile roof, brick stacks. T-plan.
South front, 3 bays, 2 storeys. Doorway in left bay has wood lintel and C20
door. 2 stone mullioned windows of 3-lights with square hoods to right. Jambs
of blocked doorway between them. Two similar windows on first floor. Wood
lintel of blocked window in left bay. 2-light stone mullioned window on right
side, and single light stone framed window. Projecting wing to left, c.1700.
Squared coursed limestone. 2 storeys and attic, 1 bay. Windows C20. Coped
gables on kneelers. Interior: Hall fireplace c.1700 with stone bolection
moulded surround. Ground floor room with stop-chamfered beams and open
fireplace.
