House. 1921-22 by Clough Williams-Ellis for Captain Rollo. Pink
painted brick with thatched roof. Two storeys, T-plan. Five bays
to garden front, the central first floor bay projecting and rounded
on columns forming ground floor loggia, to hall. Timber casement
windows with plain boarded shutters. Metal canopy over front
boarded door in re-entrant angle. Roof hipped. Interior has large
studio occupying western arm. Garage in stem of T now study and
other minor internal alterations. The original drawings are kept
in the house. Square detached store with thatched roof in north
east-angle.
