House. Of C18 origin extended by addition of front range c1800. Stuccoed
brick, pantile roof. Double-depth plan; 2 storeys with partial attics, three
windows to 1st floor. Central 6-panel door in wooden architrave beneath
wooden trellised porch. Flanking single-storey bow windows with curved
sashes of 8, 16 and 8 lights. 1st floor: sashes with glazing bars and
projecting sills. Cemented eaves band; shaped kneelers and ashlar gable
copings with later brick end stacks to twin roofs.
Interior: 6-panel door into front-left room having pilastered recess to rear.
