Cottage. Late C17, C20 restoration. Coursed squared rubble. Stone slate roof. Two storeys. Two bays. Quoins. Original doorway to right with very deep lintel and quoined surround (part-blocked). Inserted central door. One three-light double-chamfered window to left and right, both floors, all with mullions removed and C20 casements. Ground-floor dripmould rising above original door. Brick end stacks.
Rear: outshut to right with two small chamfered lights. Small fire-window to left and one two-light double-chamfered window, both with dripmould. Three-light double-chamfered window to first floor.
