Am+ of 3 houses now 2 dwellings, Late C18/early C19 for Brudenell family of
Deene Hall. Orange brick with Collyweston slate roofs. Each originally 2-unit
plans. Single storey with attics. Together comprising a 6-window range, of C19
style casements, under shallow brick arches. Similar casement windows, to
attics, under 6 hipped eaves dormers. C19 plank door to left, between windows,
and C20 part-glazed door to right between windows; both with shallow brick
arch-heads. Centre door is now a window. Rebuilt brick stacks at ridge and end.
Interiors not inspected. Not indicated on estate map of 1747 but included on map
of 1847.
