Farmhouse, north part now dairy. North part C17, with C20 alterations, the
rest early C18. Coursed, squared stone. Stone slate roof. Two storeys.
T-plan (C18) with the leg to front and the north part set back on the right.
Chamfered plinth. Quoins. The north part has a Tudor-arched entrance and an
altered former 4-light double-chamfered window, both under common hoodmould.
One 3-light double-chamfered window with hoodmould to 1st floor, and a
round-arched single light under dripmould to gable apex. Hollow-chamfered
gable copings on moulded kneelers. The C18 leg has a part-blocked arched
entrance at right end of right return and a later entrance at the left.
Other openings are mainly altered, or new. The gable is coped as before
and has an ashlar stack. Rear of north part: altered double-chamfered
windows to ground and 1st floors of 4 and 3 lights respectively, and a small
single light to gable apex.
