Mid C18, altered in early or mid C19. Coursed rubble. Slate roof. Two storeys. Rusticated quoins. Three bays: sashes with glazing bars and wrought iron balconies on first floor. Door with six moulded panels in deep reveals. Plaster floors on first floor and attic. Pump at rear with plaque bearing Greek urn motif and date 1856: monolithic stone trough.
