Now museum. Lord Leighton's house and gallery, 1866-1896. Designed by Prof G
Aitchison. Two blocks. House red brick, with Turkish tiled dome on projection to left
and heavy modillion cornice to right part of house. Gallery later, connected but
detached. Brown brick. Very fine interiors.
