GV II

House. Early C19, refronted in mid-late C19. Mathematically-tiled
with some black decorative diaper work flanking first and second-floor
windows. Sprocketted eaves to slate roof with end stack to left.
3 storeys; single window front, C20 casement window on second floor,
neo-Gothic style canted bay with round-arched windows and sunk
decoration above and cast-iron railed balcony on first floor and 2-
light shouldered-arched windows on ground floor to left. Panelled
door to right with transom-light over in shouldered-arched surround.
Flat hood over continuing the balcony over the ground-floor window
to left, all supported on carved brackets.
