House and front garden wall, gate and railings. Late C18 with C19 and C20
alteration; late C19 railings. House rendered and colour-washed, with
slate roof. Red brick wall in English garden wall bond with cast iron
gate and railings. 2-storey, 3-window house front. Panelled double doors
with overlight beneath blocked first floor window. Existing windows are
16-pane sashes with painted sills. Raised first floor band and dentilled
eaves band. End stacks. Garden wall approximately .50 metre high with
chamfered stone coping. Gate and railings approximately .75 metre high,
of foliated scrolls with fleurs-de-lys finials. Gate posts incorporate
sunflower motif. Outbuilding at left not of special interest.
